Zone Fitness Works Specializes is fat burning team training sessions that keep members engaged, motivated, inspired, and burning fat daily. Our science-based approach to exercise puts Zone Fitness Works’ members through a combination of circuit- based workouts in a high-tech team environment providing a totally immersed experience that is fast, fun and guaranteed to get results. Each class is a unique experience run by a qualified Zone Fitness Works coach and supported by cutting-edge ZFW technology.

Fundamentals and Form
Building a foundation of proper form and muscle memory is the way to progress and avoid injury. We want and expect your energy to increase. We focus on the muscles and teach you how to achieve the optimum flow of blood and oxygen throughout your body. We help you to create movement and ignite your muscles as a base level of conditioning, with a full body program. Fundamentals and Form begins your path to success by progressing at your own pace and continuing to modify and increase your fitness level as you become your best self.
Strength and Endurance
Stronger, leaner, and more athletic. The more muscle you carry, the more your BMR is burning. Working with heavier loads and fewer reps increases your strength and tones your body. In order to melt fat it is important to focus on building muscle. Strength training also helps stimulate the pituitary gland, better known as the growth hormone, which promotes muscle growth, as well as stimulates the body increasing your metabolism.
Fat Burn / After Burn
This is where Zone Fitness Works! We take ancient wisdom and combine it with modern science. It is the sweet spot between cardio / aerobics and strength / weight training. What we do here is the ultimate fat burn workout. It may seem new to you but has been around for over 100 years.
Dance Zone Works
FUN! ENERGY, ENDURANCE, and EMPOWERMENT! Great way to exercise - Dance Music Anyone can do this whether you think you can dance or not. We will have Zumba classes, HIIT classes with music motivation and more!
Yoga Zone Works
Mind • Body • Soul.
Stretching, Strengthening, and Serenity. We offer Ashtanga (Vinyasa) Yoga as well as Yin Yoga. Ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga is mindful, increases flexibility, aids in core strengthening, and helps you build stamina and endurance. Yin Yoga is a passive practice of stretching, targeting the connective tissues between the muscles and fascia in your body. Yin Yoga increases circulation in your joints and improves flexibility.
Barre Zone Works
Barre Zone will help you build and strengthen your muscles, improve your core strength and posture and give your body a lean and toned look. ...Each workout is designed to strengthen your cardiovascular system while burning an abundance of calories.
Circuit Training/Group Fitness
Resistance meets functional movement patterns in a full body burn. It’s scientifically proven that resistance-based training can actually burn more calories than cardio.
Functional Training / Circuit Fitness
Our Strength and Endurance, Fat Burning/Afterburn, and Fundamentals and Form classes take group fitness to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL. Being paired with another member of the community, you will move through the circuits together. A coach will be with you, assisting you in modifying or intensifying the exercises to meet your needs, supporting and encouraging you to stay in your training heart range while you utilize Zone Fitness Works progressive technology. Our bodies and minds THRIVE off of the energy around us. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. Pairing you with a partner during the circuit and having a focused coach with you to encourage, modify, and motivate WILL focus and launch your work out and mindset to new heights! The PRISE Method
PRISE seeks to provide an integrative nutrition and training model that can assist the average person in achieving the benefits of exercise, including greater reductions in body fat, greater gains in lean muscle mass, and enhanced metabolic health.
It’s the benefits of exercise in less effort and less time—aerobic, resistance, flexibility, and functional exercise.
PRISE bridges the gap between performance and nutrition by using scientifically validated methods that target all four types of fitness. Beyond performance, nutrition, and body composition, PRISE is easy to follow, and works well with busy schedules.
P – Protein Pacing
For subjects taking Isagenix products in two different studies performed at Skidmore College, protein intake amounted to 2 grams per kilogram of body weight spaced over four to six meals (about 20-30 grams per meal, or 25-35 percent of total calories) per day. The rationale is that protein pacing, particularly from whey protein, triggers muscle protein synthesis and increases postprandial thermogenesis – leading to more muscle gain alongside fat burning throughout the day.
R – Resistance Training
As part of PRISE, resistance training sessions are an hour long and consist of a dynamic warm up, footwork and agility exercises, and lower and upper body resistance and core exercises. Exercises should cause muscular fatigue
I – Interval Sprint Training
Interval sprint training is made up of sessions that are completed in 35 minutes or less. They can consist of either seven 30-second sets of “all-out” effort with a four-minute recovery period. Or, they can consist of 10 60-second sets of “almost all-out” effort with two minutes of rest after each interval. Many forms of exercise can be used depending on comfort level like rowing, biking, or sled pulling,
S – Stretching
Stretching in the PRISE protocol can consist of regular yoga and Barre movements as long as the exercise provides a total-body flexibility and strengthening workout. All sessions should be finished in 60 minutes.
E – Endurance Training
Endurance training as part of the protocol is performed for 60 minutes at a moderate pace (60 percent of maximal effort). Aerobic activities including dancing, cycling, and rowing are good choices.

Our sessions are 45-minute workout experiences. Our combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.
Zone Fitness Works focuses on bodyweight training but not as you know it. There’s minimal equipment and plenty of functional movement patterns for excellent results including greater mobility and calories burned.
