Meet The Trainers



Co owner of Zone Fit, medical fitness professional of 30 years, certified personal trainer:ACSM, NASM, ACE. Certified fitness instructor-AFAA. Coached youth football, boys and girls soccer, boys and girls track and cross country, gymnastics, swimming, and diving-25 years. Division 3 collegiate academic athlete:cross country, swimming and diving, and track. Single parent of a 24 year old. 2 time cancer survivor of stage 2 colon and stage 3 endometrial. 2 time physique body building competitor. Former volunteer fire fighter /EMT-B-years. Former substitute full time K-12/Special Ed teacher-4 years.


Joe Ariola

Joe Ariola grew up in Illinois, competing for Oak Park River Forest High School for both their football and wrestling team as a captain. He went undefeated with a record of 46-0 and earned himself not only a state championship, but a national championship as well, in addition to qualifying four times for the Illinois National Dual Team. His wrestling career lead him to the University of Buffalo in Western New York. He redshirted his freshman year after injuring his knee and requiring surgery. After he recovered, he was an NCAA Division 1 National Qualifier and team captain. Joe earned 2nd place at Greco Nationals and placed 4th at Junior World Team Trials. Joe graduated with a degree in Psychology and returned back to Illinois where he is currently training with professional wrestlers to take his wrestling career to the WWE ring. Joe is a certified personal trainer, who’s goal is to transform young athletes into successful college athletes and help take current college athletes to the next level.
